THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
Hi, I’m Austin.
Good to meet you.
I’m a sales operations leader, a Michigan State graduate, and someone who enjoys being outside as much as solving a good business problem.
My wife and I call St. Joseph, Michigan home. Away from work, you’ll find me fishing, playing tennis or golf, mountain biking, gravel biking, or heading out for a run.
A little of my story
MY PATH
From the field
to the bigger picture.
My path into sales operations started close to the customer. With a degree in Crop and Soil Sciences from Michigan State and early experience in turf management, I came into the landscape industry with a technical foundation and a practical perspective.
At SiteOne, I moved through customer support, business development, and key account management before stepping into Salesforce training, CRM program management, and sales operations leadership. That progression still shapes how I think about my work: the process has to make sense to the person using it.
Today, my work brings together technology, training, and the everyday habits of selling—from welcoming a new customer to planning a territory, clarifying responsibilities, and giving sales leaders useful visibility.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Fresh air. A little competition.
Time well spent.
On the water, on a trail, or out on the course—there’s usually a good reason to get outside.

HOW I WORK
Practical by experience.
Collaborative by approach.
I’ve been on both sides of a rollout: using the tools in the field and helping teams adopt them across the business. I bring those perspectives together when working with sellers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners.
My focus is on connecting the pieces—clear roles, useful tools, consistent processes, and training that helps people put them into practice.
